DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

By enrolling in our program and submitting payment information, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to your subscription, participation in our programs, or use of this Site shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You expressly waive any right to a trial by jury, and any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding.

If you are enrolling on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and are entering into this agreement on their behalf. If you are enrolling yourself and are 18 years of age or older, you are entering into this agreement personally.

Any claims not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois, and governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

This agreement applies to all recurring billing and services provided by Casting Call, Inc., a Delaware corporation operating under license from JRP Virtual, Inc.
