Terms and Conditions for Recurring Payments
By enrolling in our recurring payment plan, you ("Client") agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Recurring Billing
You authorize JRP Virtual to automatically charge the payment method provided for the agreed-upon subscription or service. This includes the total amount due for the service or product, billed monthly, on the same calendar day as your initial payment.
2. Payment Schedule
Recurring payments will be automatically charged on the same calendar day each month as your original enrollment date. The first payment will be processed on the enrollment date, and all subsequent payments will be processed on the same day of each billing cycle. Payments will continue until either:
- (i) The Client cancels the subscription, subject to the cancellation policy below, or
- (ii) The service period concludes.
The Client is responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available for each transaction. If a payment fails, JRP Virtual reserves the right to suspend or terminate services until payment is successfully processed.
3. Payment Method
The Client must provide a valid payment method for recurring payments. If the provided payment method is declined, the Client must update their payment information promptly to avoid service disruption.
4. Cancellation Policy & Final Payment Requirement
- A minimum 30-day written notice is required for cancellation.
- To cancel, the Client must submit a written request via email to brigitte@jrpvirtual.com at least 30 days prior to the next scheduled recurring payment.
- If the Client cancels within 30 days of the next payment due date, one final payment will still be processed. No exceptions will be made.
- No refunds will be issued for payments already processed.
If the Client cancels, access to the service will continue through the end of the most recently paid billing period.
5. Refund Policy
You may cancel within 3 business days of enrollment for a full refund by contacting brigitte@jrpvirtual.com. This right applies only to your first-time enrollment and does not apply to future payments or renewals. After that, the cancellation policy in Section 4 applies.
ATTENTION CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS: Under the Krekorian Talent Scam Prevention Act of 2009, you are entitled to specific consumer protections when enrolling in talent development services. If you are a California resident, you have the right to cancel your initial online enrollment within 10 business days of submitting your registration for a full refund, as provided under California Civil Code Section 1694. This right applies only to your first-time enrollment and does not apply to future payments or renewals.
6. Price Changes
JRP Virtual reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. In the event of a price change, the Client will receive advance notice, and the new rate will apply to the next billing cycle.
7. Failure to Pay
If a payment fails:
- JRP Virtual will make five (5) daily attempts to process the transaction.
- If payment remains unsuccessful after these attempts, JRP Virtual may suspend or terminate access to the service.
- The Client remains responsible for any outstanding balance owed.
8. Late Fee
A late fee of $35 (or 5% of the outstanding balance, whichever is greater) will be assessed on any payment not received within 5 calendar days of the due date. This fee is intended to cover the administrative costs associated with late payments and is not a penalty. By enrolling, you agree to this charge where permitted by law.
