By enrolling in the JRP Momentum Program, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Casting Call, Inc. dba JRP Virtual (“JRP Virtual”). These terms are legally binding and govern your participation in our monthly subscription-based program.

1. Program Overview

The JRP Momentum Program includes:

• Weekly online training
• Quarterly Hollywood agent and/or manager showcases
• Career development tools and support via Zoom

JRP Virtual is an educational program and does not guarantee employment, representation, or industry placement.

2. Program Fee

• The program costs $295/month, billed on the same day each month as your original enrollment date
• This is a recurring monthly subscription, which continues until cancellation

3. Recurring Billing Authorization

You authorize JRP Virtual to automatically charge your provided payment method each month. Payments will continue unless:

• You submit a valid cancellation (see Section 4), or
• JRP Virtual discontinues the program

4. Cancellation Policy

• A 30-day written notice is required to cancel future payments
• Email cancellation requests to: brigitte@jrpvirtual.com
• If notice is submitted within 30 days of the next billing date, one final payment will still be processed
• No refunds are given for past or already-processed payments
• Access remains active through the end of your last paid period

5. Initial Cancellation Window

You may cancel within 3 business days of enrollment for a full refund by contacting brigitte@jrpvirtual.com. After that, the cancellation policy in Section 4 applies.

6. California Residents – Krekorian Act

If you live in California, under the Krekorian Talent Scam Prevention Act of 2009, you have the right to cancel your initial enrollment within 10 business days of registering online for a full refund. This right applies only to first-time enrollment (California Civil Code Section 1694).

7. Payment Failures

• JRP Virtual will attempt payment processing up to 5 times over 5 days
• If unsuccessful, access to the program may be suspended or terminated
• You are responsible for any unpaid balance

8. Late Fee

If payment is not received within 5 calendar days, a $35 late fee or 5% of the unpaid balance (whichever is greater) will be assessed. This covers administrative costs associated with overdue accounts.

9. Price Adjustments

JRP Virtual may adjust program pricing with advance written notice. New rates will take effect beginning with the next billing cycle after notification.

10. Dispute Resolution – Arbitration

All disputes or claims relating to your enrollment or participation in the program must be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Class action waivers apply.

• Arbitration shall occur in DuPage County, IL, or in your local federal judicial district
• Arbitration is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16)
• Class action or representative claims are not permitted

11. Limitation of Liability

JRP Virtual’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the program. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
